Terms of Service

Please read the full terms below prior to submitting a commission inquiry for my services! By submitting a payment via invoice, you are agreeing to the Terms of Services below.

Commission Process

Commissions are worked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Business days are Mon-Fri. I do not work on Holidays and sick days may occur.

Rush order requests will push your order to the front of the queue. Please note, there may be other rush orders in place. I will do my best to work accordingly and turn in orders in a timely manner.

Change requests, adjustments, etc. will add more time to turnaround times. Commissions are a collaborative effort.

Sketch concepts are provided for review before any coloring/animating can begin. It is the client's responsibility to communicate any change requests or adjustments prior to the next step. If a new drawing is required after the assets are completed, it is the client's responsibility to purchase an additional commission.

All prices are based on time and expertise.

Please note, if you choose to commission RissaRambles, you are agreeing to the art style provided. Please do not ask artist to adjust art style to fit another artist or property's style.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions for any reason. Full refunds will be given upon cancelation.

Submitted requests do not guarantee spots in the commission queue

Copyright and Policies

My art may not be used for NFTs or any crypto currencies.

I will not accept references that are generated from AI. I will not recreate any art or characters made from AI services.

My art may not be used for AI training under any circumstances.

Artist is not responsible for ensuring Emotes or other assets comply with Twitch TOS. Commissioners are responsible with their ideas. Refunds are not given if Twitch removes an emote or badge.

Commissioners have access to a single-use license, artist retains all other copyright of artwork.

Payment

All payments are made via PayPal invoice to ensure protection for both the artist and the client.

Invoices are sent out once commission inquiries are approved and artist agrees to the project.

Invoices must be paid in full prior to being added to the queue.

Taxes will appear on invoices to comply with US laws

PayPal will convert currencies to USD. If you are commissioning outside of the US, please be aware of the conversion rates.

All prices are in USD. No exceptions.

Invoices are canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours of delivery.

All commission sales are final.

Turnaround Times

I will do my best to provide an estimated turnaround time of commission before invoices are delivered. Please note, it is an estimate and not a deadline.

Sick days and life events can occur, which may interrupt turnaround times.

Rush Orders take priority. Depending on how large the project, turnaround times will vary.

Turnaround times are not guaranteed.
